Know what you use.

Local model execution uses your own hardware and does not spend Noema inference credits. Cloud requests use credits from your Noema account.

Add credits

  1. Open Wallet and connect a supported wallet.
  2. Verify the account when prompted.
  3. Choose Add credits and review the supported payment asset, network and amount.
  4. Confirm the transfer in your wallet.
  5. Wait for the app to verify the payment and show credits as available.

Only use the funding details the app gives you. Network fees are separate from the credits you receive.

Wallet balance and credits are different

A wallet’s token or gas balance is not the same as available Noema credits. A wallet connection alone does not convert funds into credits.

ETH used for network fees is not a Noema credit balance. Use the supported payment asset shown in the funding flow.

When a transfer is pending

A submitted transaction is not enough to establish a completed payment. Noema checks that the required transfer reached the expected destination. Eligible verified payments can become available before full network finality; other transfers take longer.

If the wallet shows success but credits have not appeared, keep the transaction reference and use the account’s refresh or recovery action. Do not submit another transfer merely to force the first one to appear.

Follow your usage

The account shows available credits, requests and spending. In the refreshed workspace, Usage and credits appear after connecting and verifying the relevant wallet; wallet token holdings stay in Wallet.

If you have used a test network before, its history is separate from mainnet credit and activity. Select the appropriate history view where offered.

Model prices

Noema shows the expected model price including its service margin. Actual usage depends on the input and output. Check final request records after a completed, stopped or failed attempt.
