Planned tooling
Provider Node tooling is intended to make supported hardware and execution available through Noema, with clear verification, settlement and operational requirements.
Defined participation
Rewards, fees, staking and any penalties require explicit rules and working implementation. The existence of the NOEMA token does not mean these systems are active.
