A browser model will not load
Check browser graphics support and free memory. Try a smaller supported model when offered, close demanding tabs and keep Noema in the foreground. If the device remains unsupported, choose cloud AI or a reachable local server.
A local server works elsewhere but not in Noema
Confirm that the server is running, a model is available and the address is correct. Some server applications need a key and permission for browser requests. Check their own connection instructions.
Do not use a computer’s loopback address from a phone and expect it to reach that computer. Your Machine guide.
The answer ignores my prompt
Start a new chat with a short, clear task. Remove unrelated context and check memory settings. If a small local model still misses the instruction, choose a more capable model that your hardware or credits support.
A file cannot be prepared
Check the format, size and whether the source has readable text. Password-protected, blank, badly scanned or complex files may not be suitable. Try a clearer or smaller source and review extracted amounts and names carefully.
Do not assume a failed or empty extraction protected the original. Supported files.
Credits have not appeared
Check the correct wallet and network. Keep the transaction reference, then refresh or recover the payment through the app. Verification time depends on the transfer and network state.
Avoid a duplicate transfer while the first is being checked. A wallet’s gas balance is not your Noema credit balance.
A cloud request fails
Check available credits, input limits and the selected model’s availability. Try again only when the error is recoverable, or choose another model. Check the final usage record for the attempt.
An older chat is missing
Use the same browser and site address as before. Private windows, different browsers and cleared site data have separate or missing local storage. Noema does not provide automatic cloud recovery of local chats.
