Noema Network is the planned sovereign execution layer for the workspace, applications and agents. Its purpose is to extend the control of local AI to heavier remote workloads, with evidence about where and how they run.
Your policy follows the task
The target is one privacy-aware router across your device, connected personal hardware and verified confidential GPUs. Protected external providers remain an explicit policy choice. Capability, cost and latency guide selection within that boundary. If a required protection cannot be met, the request should stop.
Execution you can inspect
Confidential GPUs will add a protected execution environment for supported workloads. Hardware attestation and portable receipts are intended to let users and applications check that environment and its connection to a request. Receipts will distinguish verified evidence from declared policies.
ZKR remains a separate protection for detected sensitive content. It can complement confidential execution; it does not replace it.
Privacy along the network path
Independent relay infrastructure and later onion routing aim to reduce the link between a user’s connection and an inference workload. This addresses network exposure alongside content protection and confidential execution.
From a first service to independent operators
The first confidential service establishes usable execution, verification and settlement. A wider network adds independent operators, public service health, operator tooling and defined incentives. Operator accountability will depend on meaningful evidence and enforceable rules.
Availability
The Network is a roadmap milestone. Current Noema offers browser AI, personal model-server connections and protected cloud access. Confidential GPU execution, cross-environment automatic routing, hardware-backed request verification and onion routing are not yet active routes.
