Review, then send.
File protection is useful when you can inspect it. Noema asks you to review the protected copy of supported documents and receipt images before the cloud request.
Check the text
After attaching a supported file, prepare its protected copy. Read the recognized text and check names, addresses, amounts and other details that matter to the task.
Recognition can mistake a digit or omit a line. Correct the text before relying on a comparison or calculation.
Check the masks
Review detected sensitive values and add masks for anything that was missed. Keep the facts the task needs, such as an amount, while removing details that do not need to be sent.
Confirm the review only when the protected content is suitable for the request.
What the cloud receives
Protected pages are rebuilt from reviewed text. Original file pixels, layouts and hidden content are not preserved in that version. A picture-heavy task may need a different approach.
Original files remain in this browser. Sending an unprotected original is a different choice.
Changes and retries
If you change the prompt or file preparation, review the relevant protection again. A previous review does not establish that new content is safe to send.
If a file cannot be read or prepared, reduce the task, use a clearer source or use local processing. Do not treat a failed extraction as a completed review.
