Noema aims to make claims inspectable. Different evidence answers different questions, and it should be clear which question a label or receipt addresses.
Today’s receipts
Current receipts describe the route, protection and usage reported by the application for a request. They are not independent hardware attestations.
Future hardware evidence
Confidential compute is planned to add evidence about the execution environment. That does not prove an answer is true or that software never retains data.
Operator accountability
The wider Network needs clear rules, meaningful evidence and defined consequences. Operator incentives and proposed staking or slashing are planned work, not delivered protections.
